I use my old bananas with pancake mix, brown sugar and blueberries and pop them in the oven to make muffins! ...205

I freeze them when I can’t be bothered baking on the day before they’re about to turn too bad to use. If you blend oats into a fine flour they are great to use in place of plain flour… extra fibre! ...22

@sarahwarner843110 months agoTip: keep a container in your freezer for frozen bananas to throw in your smoothies. Oh my goodness they will make them so creamy. Especially chocolate protein powder, some chunks of frozen banana, and a spoon or two of peanut butter. All you do is notice they aren’t going to get eaten, peel them, break them into 3-4 chunks, and put them in the designated banana box in the freezer until you want to put some in your smoothie. ...3
