@bentleys894 years agoThat' s still a crazy amount of per session volume per muscle. Concentrate on your muscle/session volume. Then recovery of that will dictate your frequency.

@AKhanboxing5 years agoRpe would matter though no? Like 15 sets with an rpe of 8 would be very similar in terms of muscle breakdown as something like 12 sets with an rpe of 9.
