Do you want to know 4 things you’re doing that’s making you fat? You're doing too much cardio. Excessive cardio is known to decrease thyroid signaling, particularly in women. It also increases cortisol so if you're already stressed out, and you're doing excessive cardio, you might be doing more harm than good You're not eating enough protein. Higher protein consumption improves thyroid signaling and is also extremely satiating. Women should have at least 100g/day and men should have at least 150g/day. You’re having a few drinks a week. Even though you’re not excessively drinking you’re still wrecking your digestive system and liver, especially if you’ve been doing this and eating ultra-processed foods for years. Almost everyone who stops drinking alcohol will lose weight and feel remarkably better within weeks. You're eating healthy processed food. This is a complete oxymoron. If there are any additives, preservatives, processed sugars, refined carbs, or refined oils, you’re destroying your digestive system, hormones, and creating tons of stress. Focusing on single ingredient whole foods should be a huge priority.
