Storms triggered in the wake of Typhoon Doksuri have worsened floods and submerged villages in northeastern China. Authorities in the provinces of Hebei and Heilongjiang are warning of swelling rivers and tornadoes. Emergency workers have stepped up rescue efforts and evacuations in affected areas.
