Gajar ka Halwa | गाजर का स्वादिष्ट हलवा | How to Make Gajar ka Halwa Recipe in Hindi गाजर को बिना किसे 18-20 मिनट में बनाये हलवाइयों जैसा स्वादिष्ट और घुटा हुआ गाजर का हलवा Ingredient: Carrots – 1 ½ kg Desi ghee – 2 tablespoon Dryfruits - 100 grams (nuts of your own choice) Condensed milk – 500 gram Method of Preparation: Wash and peel the carrots. You can Grate the carrots. Another fast way is, Cut the carrots in pieces and then grind in the mixer. Heat a kadahi and add ghee in it. Put the grated carrot and Cook on medium flame for 6- minutes till the raw smell disappears. Add condensed milk and cook on low flame and stir continuously. Once it starts thickening add dryfruits. taste the sweetness of Halwa and if required add Sugar accordingly. Cook on low flame for further thickness. Carrot Halwa or Gajjar ka Halwa is ready.
