香兰糯米糕 材料(糯米层) : 糯米 400克 稀椰浆 500毫升(如果用罐装的椰奶~就需180毫升椰奶+320毫升清水+1/2汤匙植物油) 糖 1汤匙 盐 1茶匙 班兰叶 1片 材料(上层) : 浓椰浆 375毫升(如果用罐装椰奶~就需250毫升椰奶+125毫升清水+1/2汤匙植物油) 新鲜班兰汁(8片班兰叶+190毫升清水,搅拌,过沥) 普通面粉 60克 玉米粉 3汤匙 糖 150克 鸡蛋 3粒 青色素(液体) 1/4茶匙(变漂亮的浅青) 盐1/2茶匙 Seri Muka Ingredients (glutinous rice layer) : 400g glutinous rice 500ml light coconut milk (if buy coconut milk in tin~use 180ml coconut milk+320ml water+ 1/2 tbsp vegetables oil) 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 pandan leaf Ingredients (Top layer) : 375ml Thick coconut milk(if buy coconut milk in tin~use 250ml coconut milk+125ml water+1/2 tbsp vegetables oil) Fresh pandan juice(8 pandan leaves+190ml water, Grind finely then strain) 60g plain flour 3 tbsp Cornstarch 150g sugar 3 eggs 1/4 tsp Green coloring 1/2 tsp salt There are also many cooking videos to share with you in “悦的迷你菜园”.
