    the philippines needs tourists in a bad way. At home the homeless have the salvation army for a decent meal.
    i questioned i was told it' d just the generosity of strangers or they don' t eat. M l noticed a lot of skinny homeless there?. ...Expand

    @mikejones53643 years ago I have spent many a day and night in that area. Pedro gil if you would of went the other way is or was full of street vendors selling all kinds of food and product. I usually eat street food there and usually qwek. 1
