I made deviled quail eggs for my sister's birthday party so I thought I would share a video. They really don't taste any different than regular deviled eggs but the small size is a little more manageable. I don't measure things exactly but here is my best guess for the recipe. Start with the below and add to it by taste. If you want them more creamy add more mayonnaise, if you want them more tangy add more mustard but do so in small amounts. - 30 hard boiled quail eggs cut in half with yokes removed and reserved. - 2 Table spoons mayonnaise (I like real mayo for this) - 2 teaspoons yellow mustard (or any type of mustard you like - 1/2 teaspoon salt. If you try this out I would love to see some pictures of your finished product. Feel free to hit me up on facebook at www.facebook.com/slightlyrednecked and share your tips for making them even better. Thanks for watching.
