- Handful of Spinach
- Handful of Kale
- 1 Tablespoon of Chia Seeds/Flax Seeds/Rolled Oats
- A squeeze of Manuka Honey
- Half of a ripe Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup of Frozen Blueberries/Frozen Strawberries/Almond Milk
