These are the areas that are responsible for your “love handles” and respond well to strengthening exercises like those demonstrated in this video. HOW TO LOSE YOUR LOVE HANDLES Love handles are the extra skin and fat that typically sit right above our hips above our belt line. Now the absolute best way to lose your love handles is actually through a healthy diet and plenty of healthy activity. You see - it is actually impossible to “spot treat“ fat. I can’t simply perform hundreds of oblique crunches and expect to lose weight in my sides and obliques. That’s simply not how the body works. In order to lose weight from your stomach, you need to focus on losing weight everywhere. Been doing your exercises for about a week now (i guess im yet to be mor id="hidden28"e consistent with it though and try and follow the 21 day plan everyday) and was just wondering whats the sure fire quickest way to see results? I try and eat clean on most days. Would strength training with weights help me or does it absolutely have to be cardio to help with results? Re cardio - would you say hiit or liis? Ive only started getting active again within the past 2 weeks. Please help!
