    @maylee80512 years ago Did this for 2 whole weeks! My diet everyday was a total of 600 kcal per day and i lost 19 pounds! This is definitely worth it and i recommend this for 15 minutes before you eat and drink lots of water. 100

    @roniroizoro31313 years ago I was regular with the exercises but because of the studies i stopped and gained some weight so the first day i started and i' m too lazy to do this it' s the first day
    in the past, i used to do these exercises with ease, but now i have barely finished this exercise, and my current weight is 61 kg
    the second day is done
    i still have muscle pain after waking up and the second day ended with difficulty
    seeing roberta' s comment motivates me, thank you. I' ll keep doing the exercise because i simply love her

Its day 7 id="hidden13" and im down 2kg. I was at 75kg and now at 73kg. I was also fluctuating a lot between 74-73 kg between day 3-5 but its been at 73 for the past 2 days.     day 1: im definitely tired and this is definitely hard but i already feel better to help with this eat healthy and drink a lot of water. I also have been doing some of the workouts during rest time. Im not sweating to bad but panting like crazy

My hair is soaked like i washed it and thats saying a lot from a black girl with id="hidden18" low propensity hair! I am at 160 and my goal is 155 ( ill take 150 if i reach it lol) so i intend to do this every day through next monday. I promise to report back because it took me from december to june to get from 165 to 160 granted i did slow down my workouts a lot. Before i was going 6 days but dropped to 3 days! We will see.     iam doing other exercises in robert gym
    day 3: started now and finally complete today work out, iam very happy because it was about 3 days completed and only 5 days more to reach my goal weight
    day 4: successfully completed my work out and do another work outs of roberts gym i think i reach my goal weight in one month
    day 5: i think iam near to complete this challange i completed my work out successfully hope you all to do this work out
    day 6: i took rest because today is sunday
    day 7: completed but skip ski jacks because i didn' t have enough energy to do that
    day 8: one week challenge completed from this day and i see some differences in my body
    i have to do this for one month and tell you guys about the results stay tuned meet you again after one month bye

Im very sweaty but not very sore, and i was so surprised to id="hidden20" see that this workout burns 180 calories! I will try to update this comment every day tgat i do this! Current weight is 123.

    I was already sweating at and no class="buttons">w my legs hurt lol. I was doing this on my oculas so I couldnt do some of the exercises (my oculas turns off whenever i use hand tracking) but I dont see any changes yet ..

    day2: 135 i didnt workout this day because i had an unbearable migraine
    day 3: i didnt weigh myself and i also got my period this day but i still did the workout
    day 4: 133
    day 5: i didnt do today or weigh myself. Busy with kids, appointments, school, then i ate dinner after that and didnt make the time to work out
    day 6: 132. 8
    day 7: 132. 8 (wish i lost something but hopefully the scale will be lower tomorrow!
    day 8 (because i missed day 2) 133
    day 9 (making up another day) 134
    day 10: final weigh in after the full week: 132. 8
    i lost 5 lb so i mean its worth a shot

    @annie82073 years ago Day 1- 1st time- I am proud of myself very proud of myself I completed the whole thing, 2nd time- I looked in the mirror during the break times and I b roke down I just feel like Im too big and that I cant do it but Im not gonna give up no matter what I just feel I shouldnt put much effort in anymore because Ive been working out for 5 days now and I see no difference I feel the same as the day I started and every time I look on the scale Ive gained weight its just not adding up. I just need somebody to help me build my confidence up and tell me to not give up everyday.
    Day2 - I was doing good but I started getting frustrated and I gained two pounds throughout the day and at of the video I gave up because I felt tired and was breathing super heavy and I broke down again.
    Day 3- I kept getting bothered by my family so I only did about 8 minutes but I still lost a pound throughout the day. But after I broke down again because I kept seeing all these girls with nice bodys wearing whatever they want like crop tops and bikinis and thats my goal to be able to feel comfortable with what I wear and to be able to wear different things.
    Day 4- Im proud I didnt break down at all and Im proud of how Im doing so far still the same weight as I started but at least Im maintaining my weight instead of gaining it. Im having a bit of trouble dieting but I think Im getting somewhere even though I got some snacks from the store earlier but Im not eating them all in one day.
    Day 5- I did half of it because I do a 10 minute butt workout after so it went pretty well today and I had a great sweat doing this and I will come back tomorrow!
