In this series, I’ll be showing you how to cook Delicious British Pub Food! Recipe for All Day Breakfast: Serves 2: Ingredients: 4 Sausages 4 pieces of Bacon 2 pieces of Black Pudding 1/2 tin of Baked Beans 1 Tomato 1 Large Potato 1 cup of Mushrooms 2 Eggs 2 slices of sourdough bread Salt and Pepper Olive oil, butter and water for cooking Method: Start by cooking your sausages in the oven. Place them on an oven tray, pierce the skins with a cocktail stick to prevent bursting, then drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 190°C for 20-25 minutes. In a hot pan, add slices of black pudding and bacon. Ensure the pan is sufficiently heated to char them nicely on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side. To make the hash browns, start by grating the potato. Then, place the grated potato in a tea towel and squeeze out any excess water. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil, mixing thoroughly. Shape the mixture into burger-sized patties. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and fry each patty for 4-5 minutes on each side. Use a spatula to tidy up the edges and maintain the hash brown’s shape. In a new pan, drizzle olive oil and place halved tomatoes seasoned side down. Add mushrooms to the same pan, season well along with butter or olive oil and a bit of water. Cook for 5-7 minutes. Crack an egg into a hot frying pan with olive oil and cook to your liking. Once your meat is cooked, take your bread and cook the slices in butter until they are golden brown on each side - Place your eggs on top of your fried bread. If you’re short for a space or pans. Cook all the components above in the pan then add to your oven at 80-90C to keep warm while you’re cooking the other bits. Enjoy!
